Production and shipping delays are still impacted by COVID-19. Production is assured, but it is slowing down, as is the whole industry: it takes on average 8 days of processing time. Despite all the efforts we are making it will still take some time before the processing time come back to normal. We do our best to answer your many questions as fast as possible, as you know. It's a bad time to go through, in a few weeks it'll get better.
Take care of yourself!
10/05 - 2020
We are seeing an improvement in deliveries in general, both for receiving our stock and for deliveries to your customers. The activity is in full swing here, we'll soon have a lot of new designs to show, we've made a lot of new stuff these days. However, as you know, the overall situation is far from back to normal. You can therefore expect delivery times that are longer than those you experienced before the crisis.
11/04 - 2020
We continue to produce flawlessly your orders which are shipped within the same time frame as usual. However, the postal services no longer collect parcels on Mondays or Tuesdays: parcels are therefore sent from Wednesday to Friday. We receive a lot of messages about order tracking: the carrier is downsized, concessions are made, distribution continues (thanks to the whole postal chain which does an incredible job) but tracking numbers are no longer systematically activated / recognized.
07/04 - 2020
Orders are filled without further delay, however we note that some tracking numbers appear to be "invalid". The tracking of packages is therefore disrupted but not the delivery, we recommend that you notify your customers while specifying that delivery is assured without problem.

Production is carried out under the best possible conditions. Our stock is high and restocking is assured: production and order taking are therefore fully effective.
